The authorized reseller ("Partner") of ShoreTel, Inc. wishes to rent ShoreTel's booth equipment ("Equipment") for use at trade shows or other marketing events. ShoreTel is willing to rent Equipment to Partner, provided that Partner agrees to the following terms and conditions: The partner will be renting a 10x10, Tabletop, or Pull Up Graphic Screen and shall be returned to Shoretel in its original condition, without damage. Partner must provide a security deposit for the Equipment. If the Equipment has not been damaged during the rental, the deposit will be returned in full. In the event that the Equipment has been damaged or is not returned in a timely fashion as determined by ShoreTel in its sole discretion, ShoreTel may elect retain some or all of the deposit as it deems appropriate to cover the cost of the damage and/or delay. Partner hereby releases ShoreTel and its agents from any and all liability with regard to the Equipment.
